I saw an expediter on I94 eastbound in Michigan with a big black thing on the front of his cargo van. He blasted past me so I didnt bother to catch up to him. Anyone ever see this guy and know what this thing is? It had a black tarp or something on it. I noticed it in my mirror as he was getting closer to my tail. It looked like it was about 2 feet square. Maybe it was a deer killing mechanism (LOL).
